Madeline Howson

Managing Director

Madeline founded Discovir after seeing, from the buy side, how many genuinely strong ASX resources stories were being missed by the market simply because they weren't being told with discipline. She brings over a decade of experience across capital markets, financial services, and communications, and specialises in strategic investor relations for small to mid-cap resources and energy companies.

Cale Arnold

Design & Digital Coordinator

Cale turns complex financial narratives into work the market can actually absorb, from announcements and investor presentations through to full brand systems and digital content. He brings over a decade of experience across media organisations and agencies, including a tenure at Seven West Media, and leads visual and digital execution across the entire Discovir client portfolio.

Nikka Rondilla

Design

Nikka joined Discovir to support the design team across the client portfolio. She brings freelance and professional design experience since 2019, spanning brand identities, digital campaigns, social media assets, email design, print collateral, packaging, and website layouts, and has worked across both local and international clients while managing multiple projects at once.

Lauren Hale

Social Media Manager & Digital Coordinator

Lauren knows that strong news only builds value when it reaches the right people, and she makes sure Discovir’s clients are seen, followed and remembered. She brings more than five years’ experience in strategic marketing across a range of industries, with a background in content strategy, copywriting, email marketing, SEO and campaign management. At Discovir she leads social media and digital campaigns across the client portfolio, combining creative content with data-driven insight to grow engaged investor audiences for ASX resources companies.
